我公司的高压清洗软管分为以下二类

1：UNT--高压清洗软管（食品级）

2：UNT--耐侵溶型高压清洗软管（食品级）

第一类食品级高压清洗软管产品的主要特征是 耐高压  耐拉伸  耐扭曲 使用轻便的特点，产品采用进口LG原料保证了产品的耐老化性能，在正常的自然环境中达到永不裂痕的效果。

第二类产品是针对肉食品加工过程中动物的油脂以及一些添加剂，特别是接触牛油、羊油、鸡油、大豆油加工业，会对产品的材质产生侵蚀反应，使产品在使用过程中出现变硬 裂痕的现象，我司根据现场情况的调研，研发出来的耐分解 耐油侵型的产品，此产品采用进口LG的原料，采用先进的浆溶塑化技术，大幅度增加了材质的分子稳定，使第二类产品比第一类产品更耐磨 更耐侵蚀的特性，使用寿命是第一类产品的数倍。

    According to the oil and some additives in the meat processing , especially the butter, suet, chicken oil, soybean oil, all above material will reduce the etching reaction with the material of the hose, and make the hose harden and cracked in during using. According to this situation, we develop this kind products with decomposition resistant and oil invasion, Using imported LG raw material, adopt the advanced slurry solution technology, Greatly increased the molecular stability of the material, make the second products is more wear resistant erosion than the first products. And make the working life several times than the first products.
